NSGP™-1&2

Highly corrosion-resistant NSGP features both paint-free application and high performance as a steel plate for crude oil tankers. It is available in two grades: NSGP-1 for bottom plate sections of tanks and NSGP-2 for rear sections of tanks, both of which demonstrate the highest level of corrosion resistance due to the addition of trace amounts of alloying elements.

NSafe™-Hull

NSafe-Hull is a highly ductile steel plates in which the ductility has been improved by the optimum use of Nippon Steel’s original chemical composition design. When an impact force is applied to a ship, it is absorbed by denting of the plates themselves.

MARILOYTM S-400 Steel Pipe

DMC Global Steel's MARILOYTM S-400 steel pipe is a steel product containing 1% chromium for enhanced corrosion resistance when used in or on the ocean.The addition of chromium produces an effect in which the rust layer on the surface prevents oxygen from infiltrating the base metal, thus inhibiting corrosion to half or less compared to ordinary steel.
